Rules & scoring

The fitIQ Games rewards the top 100 finishers in each event with points. The curve is steep at the top to reward elite performance, but everyone who makes the top 100 earns something.

Finishes outside the top 100 receive 0 points. Points are cumulative across all events you compete in.

Your overall championship position is determined by your total cumulative points across all events in the six main competitions:

• Recovery
• Strain
• Sleep
• Heart
• Activity
• Progress

If multiple participants have the same points total, ties are broken by:

1. Best single event finish - The person with the highest individual event placement (e.g., 1st place beats 2nd place)
2. Average rank across all events - The person with the best average finishing position across all events they entered

This rewards both consistency and peak performance across the championship.

You have full control over your leaderboard visibility. However, if you opt out of appearing on a leaderboard, you will not be eligible to earn points towards that event, competition, or the overall championship.

To be eligible for prizes, you must be visible on the relevant leaderboard(s).

All prizes will be awarded after the championship concludes on December 31, 2025. We reserve the right to adjust prize amounts or structure at our discretion.

Each event uses specific calculation logic to determine scores and rankings. We reserve the right to:

• Modify how event scores are calculated
• Adjust event parameters or thresholds
• Withdraw and replace events to prevent gaming or exploitation
• Update rankings retroactively if calculation changes are made

Any changes will be made fairly and communicated to all participants. Our goal is to ensure fair competition while preventing system abuse.

We want the fitIQ Games to be fun, fair, and competitive for everyone. If we detect any form of exploitation, gaming, or behavior designed to cause harm to us or other participants, we reserve the right to:

• Remove individuals from specific event leaderboards
• Disqualify participants from competitions or the overall championship
• Forfeit prizes for affected events or competitions

• The championship runs from December 1-31, 2025, but rewards behavior from across 2025
• You must have a valid fitIQ account and connected WHOOP data to participate
• Leaderboards update regularly as new data is synced from WHOOP
• All decisions regarding scoring, rankings, and prizes are final
• By participating, you agree to these rules and any updates made during the championship period
